Vendor accounts should be created using the vendors complete legal name.
If you do not already have a bids&tenders™ account, you can create one here. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their vendor account information is kept current
After creating a vendor account with bids&tenders™, bidders may select commodity codes for the goods and services they are interested in supplying to the City, and the bidding system will notify them by email when bid opportunities match their selection(s).

Open bids appear below. By using the status dropdown list, you can search past or future bids by selecting a status such as closed, planned, awarded or cancelled.
Unofficial bid results for most bid opportunities are posted the day the bid closes.
