Description: 

The City intends to procure a comprehensive service for design, supply, delivery, and installation, as well as post-installation services such as warranty, supply of parts and accessories, maintenance, servicing, etc. for freestanding furniture for the City Hall ground floor modernization project. The City intends to retain the successful Bidder (the “Vendor”) as a preferred supplier for all similar Citywide requirements for a period of up to fifteen (15) years.

Under the Burlington City Hall Office Modernization Project (COM), the Burlington City Hall will be renovated and constructed using the new office standards. The scope of this project includes the introduction of Burlington Service and One Window service counters on the ground floor including staff office spaces and lobby. The City has engaged Govan Brown Associates as a construction manager for this work through a competitive bidding process. The Vendor shall provide turn-key services for the proposed furniture plan (scope) shown in Appendix B as well as supply and deliver office furniture (“Products”) and related services (“Services”) for the COM project.
