| Description: |
The City of Burlington is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced transportation consultants to provide assistance in reviewing development-related applications. While the City makes no guarantee of volume of work, it is currently estimated that the Consultant would assist with an average of two to four reviews per month for up to a twelve-month period. It is also currently anticipated that the Consultant’s work will take place remotely with no requirements of travel to/from the City’s offices. Given the high potential for development files to be advanced to the Ontario Lands Tribunal, Consultants undertaking private sector (developer) transportation consulting work within the City of Burlington will be considered to have a direct conflict of interest and will be ineligible to provide services.
