Refer to Bid Document. 5. Site Meeting (Optional) Location: 2285 New Street, Burlington ON Date and Time: Friday, October 23, 2020. Contractor interested in attending will be provided a time slot between 5 and 9pm to review the facility for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Attending the Site Meeting is optional. Bidders must review the site videos and pictures provided with Addendum 1. Failure to do so, shall not alleviate the Bidder from all duties required to fulfil their obligations under this contract, or be accepted as basis for any claim for extra compensation or an extension of time. Bidder who has fully examined the site videos and pictures provided, and still wish to visit the facility MUST complete the COVID-19 screening before 10am on the same day as the Site Meeting through the City of Burlington website to help prevent the spread of COVID 19. In order to participate in the Site Meeting, bidder must: Fill out the screening questionnaire found at burlington.ca/screening Location: Burlington Senior’s Centre Program: Patron – Walk-in Answer the questions and submit the form. Once submitted, an automatically generated email, along with instructions will be sent to the email address provided. |
