*ONLINE BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* The City of Burlington is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply and planting of it's annual caliper tree planting program. Planting locations are dominantly within the City’s Road allowance and in parks throughout the City. The planting locations can be in hardscape, softscape and naturalized settings. This contract will be for an initial term of the 2024 planting seasons, with up-to four optional one-year renewals thereafter. Within 2025, approximately 1,300 trees are to be planted in the spring planting season (approximately April/May until End of June). A 5% Bid Bond is required for this RFT submission and the successful bidder will provide multi-year, renewable performance and labour &materials sureties, in the amount of 50% each.
