The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualification, (RFPQ), is to invite and receive responses from experienced and qualified Contractors for the General Contracting of the Robert Bateman renovation project located at 5151 New Street, in Burlington, ON. Respondents are to include a minimum of one (1) and up to a maximum of three (3) of each proposed Electrical and Mechanical subcontractors as part of their RFPQ submission. Only respondents pre-qualified through this process will be invited to submit a tender price for this upcoming project. It is anticipated that the subsequent Request for Tenders will be issued approximately February 1, 2023. See document for further details. |
