The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualification, (RFPQ), is to invite and receive submissions from Proponents for the General Contracting of the new Skyway Community Centre and Park project located at 129 Kenwood Avenue Burlington, ON. To be considered Pre-Qualified; Respondents must meet all minimum mandatory requirements and obtain a minimum overall evaluated score of 70%. Additional information regarding the Scope of the proposed work is detailed in Section 3.0. Only Respondents that have been Pre-Qualified will be subsequently invited to submit a Bid. It is anticipated that the subsequent Request for Tender will be issued the last week of June or first week of July 2022. |
