Where a Bid is submitted by a company whose name does not appear on the sign-in sheet, it will be deemed non-compliant and rejected. Date: August 21, 2025 Time: 10:30 am Location: Brant Hills Community Centre – 2255 Brant St., Burlington, ON L7P 5C8 Each Bidder should examine the site and work to be completed prior to submitting their Bid. Failure to do so, shall not alleviate the Bidder from all duties required to fulfil their obligations under this contract, or be accepted as basis for any claim for extra compensation or an extension of time. |
