The intent of this RFP is to seek qualified and experienced hazardous materials/engineering consulting firms to complete a major designated substance survey and prepare drawings and specifications for an upcoming renovation project at 5151 New St. (Robert Bateman Highschool). Scope of work shall also include on-site construction administration and review of the subsequent abatement works. The consultant is to provide the report and specifications electronically, which must meet the requirements detailed herein. |
