The City of Burlington ("the City") has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified consulting engineering firms to complete a Schedule ‘B’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for infrastructure improvements along Lower Rambo Creek in the general vicinity of Caroline and John Streets (see Figure 1-1). The goal of this project is to identify potential infrastructure improvements to help mitigate or reduce flood hazard risks, build climate change resiliency, and support growth and development in the Downtown area. |
