*ONLINE BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* The City of Burlington requires a qualified and experienced Arboriculture Contractor to perform tree pruning on “City” trees. These are trees located within the City road allowance and “Shared” trees that are located principally on the property boundary with the City road allowance and private property. This Tender will result in two (2) separate agreements, one per Group (1A and 1B). Bidders may bid on one group, or the other, or both groups. Bidders who choose to bid on both areas must have a total of four (4) crews, two (2) separate crews for each area, as well as enough equipment to be capable of operating both agreements individually and simultaneously. Bidders must either possess current Burlington Hydro Inc. (BHI) Hold Off Authorization OR be capable of obtaining BHI Authorization prior to contract start as evidenced by the mandatory documentation required in their submissions to this Tender. |
