| Description: |
The City of Burlington (the City) is seeking an experienced and qualified Locate Service Provider (LSP) with the capacity to provide locate services for City owned infrastructure. The LSP shall subscribe to the Ontario One Call service, at its own expense, and will be expected to provide personnel to receive and process all Tickets forwarded from Ontario One Call. The LSP will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Ontario One Call technology as well as the requirements of Ontario’s Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act. The agreement will be for a period of two (2) years with up to three (3) optional extensions of one (1) year each. |
