The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) wishes to retain a qualified and capable service provider for on-demand bus transportation services throughout the year for various activities such as summer camps, adult program day trips, music programs, etc. in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Bid solicitation document. The successful Bidder (the “Vendor” or the “Contractor”) shall provide buses with operator in good condition, on time, and with required capacity for the required duration as and when requested by the City, all in accordance with this RFP. The Vendor is responsible for all operating costs including the driver(s), fuel, insurance maintenance, licenses, permits, training, parking, tolls, tickets, fines, penalties, etc.
