The City is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced contractors seeking to be prequalified to tender for the upcoming Civic Square, City Hall Facade, and Brant Street Renewal project. 

It is anticipated that the subsequent Request for Tender will be issued in September of 2025 and posted to https://www.bidsandtenders.com. Only Respondents that have been pre-qualified through this RFPQ process will be subsequently invited to submit a tender bid.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
