*ONLINE BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* The City of Burlington is seeking Tenders from experienced and qualified contractors to enter into an agreement for the provision of the City's traffic signal and related infrastructure maintenance services. Only companies that have been in business for ten (10) years and have ten (10) years of direct related experience similar to the scope of work outlined in this Request for Tenders will be considered capable of performing these works. Services would be for both routine/preventative and demand maintenance services and encompass electrical traffic control signals, flashing beacons, school zone flashing beacons, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB)-equipped pedestrian crossover locations, overhead span wires, electrical/ electronic communication equipment, support of the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), and any other electrical traffic control devices within the boundaries of the City of Burlington. The agreement will be for a first term of three (3) year(s) with up-to two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year each. See bid document for further details. |
