| Description: |
The City of Burlington is seeking proposal submissions from experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of Parking By-Law Enforcement Officers. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labour, materials, office supplies and vehicular transportation required to perform regularly scheduled day, night, downtown and beach enforcement shifts as well as special event enforcement as required. If awarded, the contract shall be for an initial term of five (5) years (the “Initial Term”), during which all bid pricing shall remain firm. Upon expiry of the Initial Term, the Contract may be extended for one (1) additional term of five (5) years (the “Extension Term”) per the terms and conditions of the Bid Document. |
