The City of Burlington seeks bids for the supply and delivery of well fitting, high performance uniforms for Burlington Transit. Burlington Transit has 131 full time transit operators (regular/conventional service as well as specialized service), 15 casual operators along with supervisors. Burlington Transit allocates uniforms to staff on a points system, per calendar year, and points are not allowed to be carried over. All operators, both full time and casual, receive an annual uniform allotment, and will be assigned login credentials in order to place their orders. The successful Bidder must facilitate ordering by operators whereby they can see how many points an item is worth, as well as how many points they have remaining on their profile.
