The objective of this engagement is to retain an experienced and qualified consulting firm to assist the Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) in enhancing its project and portfolio management processes. The City intends to retain the successful Bidder (the “Consultant” or “Vendor”) as a preferred service provider for related requirements for a period of up to five (5) years. The City anticipates multiple assignments in coming years for which we intend to use the services provided by the Vendor. While there is no committed business volume, the future work shall be governed by hourly rates provided by the Consultant. As a first assignment, the Consultant shall evaluate current practices, recommend improvements, and help implement these changes to ensure optimal performance and success of the City's projects. The Scope of Work items 1 to 9 as well as Deliverables items 1 to 11 provide the requirements of this first assignment. |
