The City of Burlington (the "City") is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to establish a Veeam Value-Added Reseller (VVAR) as its licensing partner for the supply of Veeam software licensing. This Request for Tenders covers two product areas: the Veeam Data Platform (including Cloud Vault storage) and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. The City's existing backup and recovery environment is standardized on Veeam. This Request for Tenders is for licensing supply only. All technical support is handled directly between the City and Veeam under the 24x7 support included with the licenses. The supplier must hold Veeam Accredited Service Partner (VASP) certification. |
