The City of Burlington seeks proposal submissions from experienced and qualified consulting teams, led by a Mechanical Engineer, to develop a complete detailed construction design package, contract documents and provide construction administration services for the retrofit project Appleby Ice Centre, located at 1201 Appleby Line, Burlington. The retrofit project will be split into two construction phases, the first will be to replace the existing Ice Plant and the second will be to perform the HVAC and dehumidification system replacement.
