Where a Bid is submitted by a company whose name does not appear on the sign-in sheet, it will be deemed non-compliant and rejected. Failure to do so, shall not alleviate the Bidder from all duties required to fulfil their obligations under this contract, or be accepted as basis for any claim for extra compensation or an extension of time. |
