The City of Burlington is seeking to retain the services of an architectural firm (the “Architect”) supported by an engineering team to provide design and consulting services which include space planning services for the study, design and phased renovation of City Hall Office Modernization. The Prime Consultant (the “Architect”) must hold a Certificate of Practise (CoP) issued by the OAA and the Project Lead (“Lead Architect”) must be an Architect registered and licensed by the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).
