The City is seeking proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced consultant(s) or consulting firm(s) to prepare an Arts and Culture Strategy. The Arts and Culture Strategy will be developed through research, comprehensive public and community partner engagement and an in-depth arts and culture program and services review. This work will result in an Arts and Culture Strategy that will guide the next decade (2026-2036) of Burlington’s arts and culture policies, programs, and services. The Strategy will articulate a common vision and goals, provide recommendations, and an action plan built on the understanding that arts and culture are fundamental to our quality of life, economic development and growth, and community identity.
