This contract will cover numerous events for the City of Burlington, therefore, in addition to the items listed herein, and in addition to the events that are listed, the city may contact the Contractor (successful bidder) to rent other items for other events if the Contractor has them available. Upon award, the Contractor will be asked to supply a price list for this purpose. 

The City, AGB, and Museums spend approximately $30,000 annually on event rentals.

Bidders are required to provide pricing, including delivery, on the following list of items, however the City may add other items and events from time to time;

  1. Tables – plastic tables in good condition (no damages);
  2. Folding chairs – plastic seat and back with metal frame in good condition, no damages 
  3. Canopy style tents (walls if required) – in good condition, no damages, including set up and take down by Contractor.
  4. Rope and stanchions (chrome or black); one section of rope per two stanchions, clean, in good conditions; no damages 
  5. Generators – minimum 2,500-watt generator 
  6. Linens for 6’ and 8’ tables – clean and pressed
  7. Other items required from time to time include but not limited to: Champagne Flutes, Wine Glasses (Clear - 12oz), 120” Round Linen tablecloths), and 72’x72’ Square Linen Tablecloths
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $461.90, per bid fee - $138.64). In addition, the agency fee of $70.80 must be paid.
