The City of Burlington is seeking a qualified consultant with demonstrated expertise in municipal sport policy, recreation facility allocation or community sport system planning. The consultant is expected to have experience conducting consultations/engagement with interested parties to support the review, update, and development of sport related policies, and a strong understanding of municipal recreation operations and equity-based frameworks.  This project will focus on ensuring that the City’s approach to allocating recreation and sport facilities is equitable, transparent, sustainable, and responsive to current and future community needs.
