| Description: |
The successful Bidder (the “Vendor”) shall supply and implement a road patrol solution for the Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) and provide ongoing support for the solution. The solution is intended for use by the City to record and report on maintenance items noted in Ontario Regulation 239/02, and any applicable amendments, regarding standards for inspection and repair of municipal roads and sidewalks. The Vendor shall supply, and provide related services for design, integration, configuration, customization, testing, training, and implementation, as well as ongoing support for the solution. The functional and non-functional requirements are included in Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C, and Schedule D. The provisional requirements are detailed in Schedule E. |
